Reasons for Approval of Residency with BMI

1. An Application-Screening Fee must be paid per adult applicant, including spouses, roommates, and co-signers.
2. Application Fee (Non-refundable): $40.00 each
3. Application Fee for Co-Signer (Non-refundable): $40.00 each
4. Verification of identity (2 forms of ID)
5. Each applicant needs to have a criminal background check
6. Credit score of at least 625 (A score below 624 will require a cosigner)
7. Verification of previous rental and/or housing history
8. Verification of sufficient income (Rent can not exceed 30% of total resident monthly income)

Reasons for a denied application may include:

1. False information on application
2. Certain court judgments against applicant
3. Certain types of criminal histories
4. Poor rental references
5. Insufficient income
